Scope and Objectives
Kaizen is currently seeking a Chief of Party (COP) to support an upcoming development project with USAID/Kenya and East Africa to strengthen human and institutional capacity development (HICD) for regional intergovernmental organizations (RIGOs). This project will enable the RIGOs to fulfill their mandates, to provide leadership to the development agenda in the region, and to ensure the long-term sustainability of development programming. The COP will be responsible for the overall management and supervision of the contract, including the implementation of approved technical assistance initiatives, fiscal integrity, quality and timing of deliverables and coordination with USAID and project stakeholders. The COP will be responsible for the quality, cost, and timeliness of the work performed under the contract. S/he will engage with various stakeholders, including the USAID personnel and government representatives to solicit feedback on the services provided.
